how do i unsubscribe from an email forum?

On your forum homepage about half way down on the right hand side, click settings.

On the next page click the email tab.

Then un-click each box you don`t want.

Save on exiting.

True that and it says none on mine... and i know their horrible in my opinion... and how do u unsubscribe to emails... and it has not notified me that you have posted in this forum... i had to come check myself... and if it does notify you where does it
show up... on my forums or what?

I want to log out of the forum and do not receive more mail. In the mail you receive it says Unsubscribe: On the question, select the ellipsis (...) and then select Unsubscribe. I do not understand where
and how?

In this case, since this is really from Microsoft, I would suggest you to search on the email footer (the bottom of the email) for an Unsubscribe or Change email preferences link.

It will allow you to unsubscribe/stop all promotions from Microsoft. But you will still receive important emails about your account security.
