    How do I unlock my keys from the Community Bingo


    How do I get my key rewards from the Microsoft Bingo Community Power Bingos? Someone suggested that I hit the social tab, but I don't have a social tab on my screen. Is there some secret to obtaining the keys I've earned that I don't know about?

    The community Bingo, once the community reaches the end, doesn't give me the keys that I earned.

    The community Bingo card keys that I earned never show up after the community Bingo has been met. Kind of makes me wonder why I even try. Do I have to be signed in at the exact moment when the community Bingo reaches the goal?

    USA ningo card keys not recieved

    Hi, I completed the USA bingo card many, many times to get to 100 keys, to be awarded when community goal was reached. goal has been reached and next lot has started, I have not received the keys. lots of bingo played and no keys..... can you please fix
    this? I have another smaller amount of keys in the France bingo card that the community goal has not yet been reached, but I would like to receive the 100 keys for the USA bingo card. Cheers

    1. The platform is Windows 10 on my Laptop.

    2. The keys were promised when the community reached the target.

    This has just completely put my grandson off playing and we haven't been back and probably won't. Don't like it when the goalposts shift and you have to push for what you were promised, hard to explain to a youngster.

    Still don't get any community bingo credit after a power bingo so I can't earn keys.
