    I need help

    i was trying to download the game starwars battlefront on my Xbox Game Pass so i clicked download and it took me to the EA website ofc

    but i was not logged in and this was a account with a very old email that i don't have access to i tried logging in but i could not log in and this was also the same account that was linked to my xbox gamepass so i cant unlink my Xbox Game Pass i was wondering if you could unlink it for me if you cant its ok il try to find a way to fix it

    Windows XBOX PC - EA Play not working

    Yes, I am an active GamePass Ultimate member.

    I've reset Xbox App thru Settings, cleared EA Play cache through app. After that didn't work I've reinstalled both. And as the OP states, I've linked, relinked my accounts.

    This is an issue on the backend on how Xbox passes membership details to EA Play. Again, I refer to EA showing sub expiring 12/31/1969.

    Cant play EA Play games with Xbox Game Pass

    I had the same issue. Had to go to my EA Account and Unlink my Xbox Live account.

    After Unlinking, follow the steps to install an EA Play game from the Xbox app. EA Desktop will ask to re-link your Microsoft account.

    After doing that it all works fine. Hope this helped.

    If your account is linked to an EA account that you do not have access to, you will need to talk to EA to unlink the account. No linking or unlinking process is done on the Xbox side.
