    How do I unlink my EA account from my Xbox One?


    You guys are the worst. I own the game, I own the Xbox. I use an entirely different email for my xbox account and you cant just unlink the thing? I contacted you guys earlier and the goob that was talking to me said he would send me an email that had a
    link i coulkd use to fill out a form to get this going but he didnt. He just sent me an email saying my problem had been resolved and it emphatically wasnt. Whats going on guys? This isnt a security feature. How do i change my email? This shouyld be easy and
    simple.

    Cant play EA Play games with Xbox Game Pass

    I had the same issue. Had to go to my EA Account and Unlink my Xbox Live account.

    After Unlinking, follow the steps to install an EA Play game from the Xbox app. EA Desktop will ask to re-link your Microsoft account.

    After doing that it all works fine. Hope this helped.

    Xbox can't unlink the gamertag from your EA account, the link process occurs on the EA servers not on Xbox, the only ones able to unlink an account would be EA support

    Sorry to hear you are having issues unlinking the account. From my belief, the linking is done at EA's side which is why they have to do it. I have popped a forum post below which talk about this and the fact that someone managed to get EA to unlink a dead account. Hopefully something in there will help you.
