How do I unlink a Microsoft account from psn without login into the Microsoft account

I'm sorry to say this but there is no way to unlink your Microsoft account without signing in. Each Microsoft account can only be linked to one PSN account and vice versa.

I just bought Minecraft on my ps4 account and when I went to log in, it said that my Microsoft account is already connected to a PSN account. How do i unlink a Psn account from my Microsoft account

I have no idea how to do this i really need help and i dont know the email and i cannot create a new Minecraft account without unlinking the old one.

Unfortunately even if you could unlink the Microsoft account, Sony will not let you link a different/new Microsoft account to your PSN. Sony will only let you relink the original Microsoft account that was first linked.
