How do i uninstall if the game is not installed to begin with?

Trying to install a game, had it installed before but deleted it a while back. Every time I try to install, it stops downloading 5 secs after and says “The item you’re trying to use seems to be corrupt. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it”. I cant uninstall if it’s not downloaded in the first place. I tried restarting my console, did the whole unplugging and waiting 5 mins, cleared my saved data for the game, it doesn't appear in my storage or anywhere else, pls help me out here

You may have to go down the route of resetting and not keeping all games and apps.

When you say that i will re install the game. I must re-install all the game Forza Horizon 4 ? With the cloud saves ? But i don't know how i do that ??

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Attempt these steps and let us know how this goes.
