    How do I turn xbox one off COMPLETELY?

    Go to setting select power/start up and select energy saver from the drop down menu provided.

    It worked.

    Since the xbox wasn't shut down 100% it was causing issues with grand theft online, wasnt allowing me to go online for some reason.

    Since the xbox wasn't shut down 100% it was causing issues with grand theft online, wasnt allowing me to go online for some reason.
