    How do i turn on my background on my xbox series x I’ve updated the xbox to the newest...


    I just noticed that me and my cousin have the same Xbox (series x) and compared to my Xbox background is pure white and his hase the actual art background I’ve updated my Xbox I have don everything necessary on personalization I don’t understand why this won’t work. Please contact me as fast as possible to get this problem resolved

    What is the max Internet Speed the Xbox Series X can receive.

    My internet speed is 1Gbps and my series x is plugged into the router via ethernet. But, My series x is only getting 200mbps with nobody on any devices and no games running in the background. Additionally, the latency on my series x never gets below 60ms whilst my other devices get as low as 9 ms. How do I fix this speed discrepancy on my series x.

    Why did my elite controller stop working on my Xbox and won’t turn off or do anything even when I unplug my Xbox

    My console is the Xbox series X. My controller stopped working last night while I was playing a game and it said reconnect controller but it was still on. I’ve tried holding the pairing button but nothing happened. I’ve tried taking it out of range of my Xbox to see if it would shut off. I’ve tried restarting and unplugging my Xbox. But my elite controller still has the light on and won’t do anything. Even the button to change paddle presets isn’t turning those lights on.
