How do I turn off Xbox Assist?

When I am in Warframe and I press the view button it will pull me out of the game and open up Xbox Assist. The only way to close that is to go to my home and then open up Warframe again.

Does anyone know how to stop this happening, because I don't want Xbox Assist on my Xbox and I certainly don't want it pulling me out of games when I use the map button?

I've tried looking at my button mappings, but apparently I can't map the menu/view buttons. I've tried looking at the app to uninstall it but there's no option. I'm sick and tired of this, it's ruining my gaming.

This is utterly ridiculous to be honest. The fact that this even happens and I can't just turn off the mapping and it has repeatedly caused me problems with my games... on a games console. Why would this even be implemented like this?

I have never run into an issue but if you are talking about the launch assist than this may help you out Disable Xbox Launch Assist

let me know if this does the trick!

Not true, it has been there since CoD4. You could turn it "off", but you could still tell that it was on, ie crosshairs pulling when someone ran in front of it.

[/quote]There is a setting(or at least was) on the xbox dashboard that you can turn aim assist on and off. What that actually does is beyond me.
