How do I transfer games from one Microsoft account to another?

For the longest time, I've had a few Xbox Live accounts for different emails (it's complicated, but I've been changing emails) and I finally have an email I'll be sticking with. However, I have previously purchased Minecraft Dungeons on an account that I will be deleting and I don't have the money to repurchase the game nor do I know how to get a refund. How should I go about transferring the game from my previous account to a new one?

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. If it was a recent purchase, you can try submitting a refund request and then repurchase on the account you want it on.

I'm not sure if you understood my question though. I don't want to transfer the Game Pass to another Microsoft Account, I want to unlink the Microsoft account from one Ea account and link it to another and I want to make sure the Game Pass will transfer with it.
