    HOW DO I TALK TO MICROSOFT


    I sent in my preordered launch series x for multiple issues including faulty graphics card (white and black checkerboards all over the screen on every game), controller disconnect, reconnect, console not powering down without pulling plug out of the wall etc. After waiting 2 weeks they sent it back with ' no issues found' AND the didn't give me back my original box that i shipped it in. I tried to follow up thru the 'contact us' section but every drop down I select says 'WE DON'T ALLOW CALLS FOR THAT.' So I need to know how to talk to them on the phone and probably how to cancel.

    Hello, so you wont get your original box back. They never send those back just generic shipping box. If still having issues with the console then it needs ot be sent in again for repair. Alot of updates have been made recently to the issues you were having? With the console being returned has these issues been fixed? Have you tried to use the console again??

    In regard to your Microsoft account, based on the information, you must sign in to your Microsoft account at least once in a two-year period to keep your account active. If you don’t sign in during this time, Microsoft will consider your account to be inactive.

    Any account that has been locked for more than two years will also be considered "inactive" and will be permanently closed. In this case, since it's been almost 10 years and the account hasn't been closed yet, it is possible that the hacker is still using the account.

    2. Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.

    3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.

    4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.
