You can create a new PIN.

Please, follow these steps:

When you’re prompted to enter your PIN on the console, enter any 6-digit combination three times.

Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted.

Select Make a new PIN.

Enter a new PIN, and then enter it again to confirm.

Hello, you can make sure that the auto renew feature is removed from game pass ultimate. If its stating that you have a past due balance you would need to pay that via a debit or credit card to make any other changes on account. It cant be paid via an
xbox live card has to be debit/credit.

if someone else is logged in on your account change your password it prompts a new password to be entered on all devices it was connected to kicking them off of it, I would also recommend you turn on 2 factor authentication and add Microsoft authenticator to the account for security if you have not done so already.

you can't find it unless your brother or sister remember it.

But there is a way to reset it, but you will have to contact Xbox Support for that (by phone) they will do something at their end and guide you throught the steps to reset it at your end.
