How do i submit repair request??

hi im trying to submit a warranty repair request for my xbox one x, it gets to the checkout page after i choose the free option but then it just logs me out and does this over and over everytime i get to that checkout page. ive tried on different browsers
and devices but the same, any advice?

i bought it used from someone, it has warranty until the 30th

i got it to work, i deleted my old cards from my payment methods after seeing another post which took ages to find, so if anyone has this issue remove any old payment card which is not valid and try

Yeah. Microsoft does not service Xbox in India anymore. If you are from a different country then you need to keep on trying to call them. Try using Surface laptop customer care as they would redirect you to the xbox service.
