How do i submit a new case

No matter who's fault you feel it was you are ultimately responsible for anything that happens on your account.

If you have filed before for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing more you can do

If you mean you were compromised then its still not relevant

For unauthorized access cases you must contact support for an unauthorized access case and they will talk with pet contaxting pet will do no good only the investigations team.can discuss such matters
