You are responsible for.all actions on your account

Giving someone axcess to your login details is a violation of the terms of use

You should.be the one downloading and accessing your account for homeconsole noone else.not even your dog spot

If you mean you were compromised then its still not relevant

For unauthorized access cases you must contact support for an unauthorized access case and they will talk with pet contaxting pet will do no good only the investigations team.can discuss such matters

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! As the Ambassador has stated, Once you submit a Case Review, you won't be able to submit another one. Also, the enforcement team does not have a presence here on Xbox Forums, and the only way to contact or get in
contact with the
Enforcement Team will be through their website.

Unfortunately, users get one and only one case review. There is no other way to reach the Enforcement team.

In addition to the site being down, a lot of unjust/ unfair automatic bans are being given out, it's an issue we have to wait for the enforcement team to fix.

Currently the enforcement site is down and not showing current suspensions so it's not possible to submit a review at the moment.
