    How do I stream from Xbox One to PC without needing to go online after signing in to avoid...


    Using the xbox console companion app on PC, I noticed that while streaming the only way for me to play a game is if its been updated. Games like GTA V which are updated quite frequently will not allow me to play when my internet is connected because I haven't updated it, though the Streaming feature on PC requires a internet connection to stream. How do I stream from Xbox to PC offline, or maybe display from the Xbox onto PC through a cable?

    All i can get working is streaming from one device to the other. Do i need to buy Minecraft on the pc?

    I would like to do the same on other games like forza horizon 3. Do i need to sign myself in on the pc and sign my son in on the Xbox then invite to game?

    Any game publishers/developers you don't buy games from and what is the reason?

    I do buy from EA but try to avoid full prices, I also dislike the Online passes that they and ubi do and the fact that (for PC) EA force you to connect to their server so if your net goes down and you want to play a singleplayer game from EA the forces online
