How do i stop the time and date of my xbox one from resetting?

The time and date of my console keeps resetting to september of 2013 and it makes it impossible to play Metal Gear Solid 5 because it keeps reverting back to 18% completion when i had already gotten over 50% completion. It's done this 4 times when it shouldn't
even be happening.

Hey there bit!

I came in here ready to tell you to keep your console in offline mode if you'd like to keep your date from resetting but you're having the opposite problem of what I expected. In your particular case, I'd recommend running your console through a

factory reset (while keeping your games and apps!) to see if that helps.

Unfortunately this is not the case, I do not tamper with the mapping settings and both controllers are up to date with their firmware. I do not know the cause of this as the controller at one point just stops taking in inputs and turning the controller
off and on do not do anything. I have to reset my xbox for it to work and i feel i shouldnt have to be doing that for it to work.

i have the circle app and it will not stop my son from playing a game on the XBOX. all the ISP apps and routers do it stop my son from accessing the internet and or filter the internet. WIth Microsoft Family time limits, Microsoft will stop my son
from being able to play a Xbox Game at a certain time and or request more game time. I do not think the ISP apps or router can do that. If they can please let me know which one.

This isn’t the first time my Xbox has done this , it’s probably the 3rd.I reset my Xbox and save all my files and it fixed the problem but it keeps happening again at some point.Now I reset my Xbox and it’s telling me I have a have an update error when my console is up to date , this has also happened before , how do I fix it ?
