How do I stop someone accessing my account when I've sold my console?

Hi,

Unfortunately I've had to recently sell my consoles (Xbox One and Xbox 360) to pay off some bills. I do plan on getting another console as soon as I have the available funds, but in the meantime I'm concerned about people accessing my profile and spending
my Microsoft points. I forgot to delete my profile and all my information before the consoles were sold. Is there any way I can ensure that my profiles can no longer be accessed by the people who currently own my old consoles? I know someone has logged in
my account because I've just noticed I've got new achievements from Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, a game I have not owned nor played. Is there anything you can do to sign me out of the consoles in order to save my Microsoft Points / Account balance? I will
re-activate my profile on my new console when I get it.

The best way to ensure that your Microsoft account is secure is by going to account.live.com and reset your password as well as update your security information ( 2 alternate emails or phone numbers that you can access). By resetting the password, the next
time someone attempts to sign into your account, on Xbox One or Xbox 360, it will ask them to sign in with the new password. Also, I would recommend you call support to ensure that there isn't any unauthorized billing activity. They can also reset the trusted
consoles that remember you password for Xbox consoles.

Here are instructions to remotely require a password on your gamertag. It says it works for the 360 but should work for the Xbox One now as well.

You can check to see if any points were used by logging in to commerce.xbox.com. If they were you can call phone support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket. They will lock out the account while they look into it.
