How do I stop payments from being debited from my account?

To see what the billing is for you would need to log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders where you can see recent purchases on your account. If you cannot see anything listed there then you would need to check other accounts within your household to see if one of them has it listed.

If you are still unable to see any payments coming out of any accounts then it may be that someone may have access to your account. For that you would need to contact your bank/credit card company to dispute the charges.

Sincerely in this situation the best option is contact your bank and ask them to give you a new card and delete/block the current one

Also, you can ask the money back disputing the charge with them

Hi, it isnt a direct debit. the payment is coming from a debit card. (which actually expired!) so there is no option to cancel a direct debit. My bank informed me to contact the vendor in the first instance.

What is worrying is that my billing history shows no mention of this payment or any other being made against my account. I dont know about the console as it broke some time ago and i have no desire to pay for it to be fixed.

Then why did it charge my entire debit card when my account balance was just $60 when I first purchased it? I had to make a refund soon after the purchase. It should have charged everything from my account balance and cover the rest of the payment from my debit card.

Since they're not on your accounts, you'd have to contact your bank for assistance with fraudulent charges.
