    How do I stop Microsoft from charging me the $1.99 over and over?


    Please, someone help me. I can't figure out how to stop Microsoft from charging me the $1.99 over and over again, I believe it is up to 4-5 times and I only signed up for one month of Premium membership. I am on social security disability and have been
    in the hospital for over 5 months, only seeing my husband once, I don't have what it takes to deal with this, can someone please help me?

    I subscribe to "game pass", and upgrade to "ultimate game pass" within the same hour and got charged for both individually. Can I got the original "game pass" subscription reimbursed?

    If this is true why am I getting charged for both this have been happening since I changed over so how do I stop being charged for both
