How do I stop getting sent to the Xbox dash when loading up a game in call of duty modern...

There has been a known issue for the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II where you will need to sign-in to your account at Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and make sure your payment methods are up to date. Then, visit Microsoft account | Order history to check your account.

If your order history says your order is complete you should be able to play the game but if not, please let us know and update us with the error message and code. If the order history says order did not go through, you will make sure your payment instrument is up to date. You may proceed to purchase the desired edition of the game. Also, if you already purchased the game and the issue still persist with the game launching, please let us know and update us with the error message and code.

I'm sorry, but this is thee Most misleading piece of advertising I have ever seen.

On the Store is clearly states

Call of Duty: Warzone

Includes:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 4

When you download it requires campaign download. When you load up Warzone it takes you to an additional download page for Warzone and Modern Warfare II. Yet still requires you to pay.

Sorry but this needs correcting, at no point, anywhere does it state that all you get is Warzone. Why add, includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II if it doesn't. You need to either change this description to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Warzone or your clearly in breach of false advertising.

make sure your Xbox One and Call of Duty Modern Warfare are up to date then try to play the game.

if it still doesn't load. try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I bought call of duty modern warfare battle pass edition from the xbox store and when I load the game up I don’t have the 3,000 points used to by the battle pass that you get from this edition

Man these people running this store are a bunch of shady crooks.
