How do I stop downloads on every console in the House?

The only way to stop that would be to set a different console as your Home, but then nobody else would have access to the games.

Actually the other consoles would still be able to play the same games. The user account would need to be logged in on the other two consoles to access them. Just an FYI

As far as the 360s, double check your settings. 360s don't usually automatically download anything until you actually turn on the console and sign in. It's been a while so I can't remember if there is a setting for that.

Pins are set up by the account. There is no way to change that. It's so you can have the same setup no matter what console you're using.

Important While the download is in progress, do not use your console to do anything else like play a game. Using the console while downloading content
can cause the download to pause, stop, or to time out. Also make sure that other computers in your home are not downloading or transferring files. When someone in your house browses the Internet, they use bandwidth that
could be going to your console.

Now it works for me, but as you can see playing a game at the same time can stop the download.

I built my house, and every once in awhile, a skeleton would spawn in my house as I slept. This happened randomly for a couple of night and then stopped. Days later, it happened again, so everywhere in my house that looked a little dark, I put a torch.
I have yet to have that problem again.

Try putting torches in every dark corner.
