    How do I stop digital games crashing every 5 minutes?


    New (2nd hand) Xbox Series X under warranty from CeX, several wholly owned digital download games are unstable. They crash to Home Screen after about 5 mins of play every time.

    Multiple troubleshooting steps all tried following virtual agent instructions, no improvement, incl resets, different profile, deletion and reinstall, reset to factory settings etc.

    How do I stop digital games crashing every 5 minutes?

    I kept my games and apps. Later, I also deleted individual games and reinstalled completely having done a full factory settings reset.

    i agree. every other game we play saves at certain points throughout the game. if xbox fitness saved your game every 5 minutes or every 5 exercises it would be easier to resume in case of a crash or any other reason you might need to leave your workout.
