how do I stop and start freecell auto complete

I have the same problem. Microsoft, please add an option to turn off Freecell autocomplete.

I cant believe that one year on there is still no way to disable auto complete. It has taken the fun out of freecell challenges so I dont do them any more

I believe this is related to the MS solitaire collection and the autocomplete that kicks in games like Freecell. Sometimes the daily challenges require to complete the game in limited amount of moves with
specific winning conditions.

Unfortunately this has been a long time issue and, unless it has been modified lately, there was no option to disable the auto complete last time I played.

I remember in the past other users being able to complete those challenges hitting the undo button (every time the auto starts), but it's not a great workaround.

I agree, there should be some way to disable Auto-complete in FreeCell. It's way too much trouble to have to undo all the cards, make the move you want to make and then have to undo all the cards again for every move.

I also had the exact same thing happen to me. 6/11 Freecell Expert to complete game in 'no more than' 110 moves and I completed in 110 moves and it told me it was incomplete. How do we get our reward for this?
