how do I speak with a person about unauthorized charges

Please access and sign-in on the support page below, click on the green "Contact us" button > select "Subscriptions & billing" > "I don't recognize a charge" > type out "unauthorized charges" > Click "Next" and then click on "See contact options". Scroll down until you see the options "Chat with us" (for live chat support) or "Request a call" (for phone call support). Be mindful of the contact times displayed on the main support page before choosing the option best suited for you:

With unauthorized billing like this your best option is contacting your local
Phone Support and speaking with a billing specialist about the charge and pursuing a refund.

Sorry you are having this experience, but if you were able to get someone the first time, I would do the same thing again. I won't make excuses for others, but there could be endless reasons the other individual hasn't gotten back with you. If you connect
with another person hopefully they can pick up where the last person left off.
