    Thank you for writing back. I have tried again and searched everywhere and nothing, I can't get hold of anyone, no email address etc, all I want is a shipping label and getting very frustrated. This is how mine looks on both repairs booked.

    Hi and thanks for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you and I'll be happy to help you.

    Kindly check your email inbox, junk or spam filters for the shipping label. If you didn't receive any emails, try checking it in your Devices page at https://account.microsoft.com/devices. There should be an option to print your shipping label. It should be like the screenshot below.

    But if the option to print a shipping label is greyed out, you can try contacting Xbox Support at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us. You may have to change the region of the link depending on the region/country you're currently at.

    For example: en-US (en for English - US for United States)

    Then click on Contact Us and fill out the required details depending on your concern/issue.

    How to reach a human at Microsoft

    You say your ordered and paid for a replacement. Was this an advance exchange? If so then you will get the replacement console first then pack up your old console with the included shipping label.

    If you need to send yours in first and do not have a shipping label to print (be sure to check the junk/spam folder for the email associated with your account) then you can speak directly to Xbox by filling out the call back request form at
    support.xbox.com/contact-us or by going into the chat feature and requesting to speak with Xbox about your return.

    How can I get a shipping label?

    Normally before that email you get one with the shipping label, if not, please wait until 24hours. After that if you don't have the email. Please contact the support. But due the covid the process is slow. I waited 48 hours for my elite controller 2.

    Contact Us portal to speak to an agent on the status of your shipping label and to ensure the label was sent to the correct e-mail address.
