    How do I speak to an actual person?


    I called XBOX earlier today. My son had accidentally cancelled his xbox live gold membership. A nice man called me back and tried to help but then said he had an issue with his system and would call me back in 2 hours. No phone call, no way of being able
    to get through to anyone - web chat or otherwise and one very unhappy son.

    Sorry you are having this experience, but if you were able to get someone the first time, I would do the same thing again. I won't make excuses for others, but there could be endless reasons the other individual hasn't gotten back with you. If you connect
    with another person hopefully they can pick up where the last person left off.

    Not knowing how you got ahold of someone the first time, but https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us is the way to get through to them with Subscriptions and Billing
    questions.

    Depending on your region of the world, Xbox Live Support may not be available on Sundays. However, to find out, go to
    the Support website and choose the "contact us" option. One of the quickest ways to get through to support is, when choosing what your issue is, select "subscriptions and billing",
    then "I don't recognize a charge". After selecting those, you'll get an option for a callback from an Xbox agent who can look at the account and help. Again, please be sure to check the hours of operation for Support in your area.

    As mentioned in your original thread, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and that is the only way to contact them.
