    I've tried to log into my account that got hacked and I can't do anything what so ever I would like to get in contact with an actual agent who will be able to help me but it wont let me contact anyone.

    How do I speak to a real operator, my account got hacked but I can't do anything and I've already tried the recovery and all it does is lock me out

    I do also have proof that the account is mine with emails to phone numbers and recovery stuff

    I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your account. In such cases, the only thing you can do is submit a recovery form. If you can still perform actions with your email, you can fill out the recovery form and the responsible team will help you recover your account.

    Hi Sean. If the code is game is unredeemed you should be able to get a refund for it online.

    You must request a refund for an unredeemed code within 14 days of making the purchase. If the code has been redeemed, it will not be possible to process a refund, even if it's within 14 days of purchase.
