    How do i simply email support with my new info about a case on my end


    My account got hacked. Got a email account transfer. Called twince in the last month and a half because it said i was missing every single xbox and 360 BC game i own. 50 games gone. Tells me to buy it again. I just fired up ye olde xbox 360 and all my games are fine. There right there. So its just not working on xbox one. How in the unholy hell do you email or contact a support person with that update to help since its been over a month and 2 calls with no fix???? I love xbox but yall pullin a get help without contacting option is killing me. The amount of time you could solve with a 15 minute web chat with official xbox people

    You would have to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do. Billing and Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    Yes I have. If I use the email option, no matter how many times I type in my actual email, which ends with two n's, it sends an email to my cousin whose email ends with one n (our email addresses are basically our first initial and last name). We've done
    this about 7 times already. And when he immediately forwards the reset link to me, it says it has expired.

    If I use the other option, it asks me to fill out all my information but the info for the account was made by my brother and isnt accurate to me and he doesnt remember what he put.

    I've called support multiple times and they keep telling me "we can't reset a password". Really....a support group can't do a simple basic support action like resetting a password? They can't confirm my ID with perhaps my date of birth and CC info and
    do a reset?

    The thing is, they wont even cancel my Live membership and I'm still being billed for this. I really would like to contact an admin or supervisor about this as its flat out ridiculous at this point.

    @obsessive..ty but i dont think you read my post. i do use my name but all different emails..and for arguements sake, ok maybe they social engenierd me the first time and gaained access to my account,even though the email i used was different then anything
    else..

    but what about now, how do they know all my new info and WLID when it was all new??? nothing on my account is linked to anything

    Is there any way to simply update the email address associated with my profile? The email address is no longer active. Or do I have to create an entirely new microsoft account to update it? Both the above links are instructions how to change the account
    to a new account. I just wish to update my email address therefore updating my log in.

    No I’m not on a family group and I do not have a family account. I talked to support and they say that when they look at my account in my Microsoft info that my parents email is under that section, but when I go to my info my emails are the only think that appears to me. So that’s also another weird thing about it.
