How do i sign into my account without an email or password?

I want to cancel my subscription. I have two accounts one with a paid subscription the other not. The paid account is logged into my pc account so i click the link in settings which takes me to google to cancel subscription. However on google xbox is logged into my not paid account. I do not remember my email or password for my paid account and therefore cannot sign into a browser. Please help me find a way to sign into my paid account in order to cancel my subscription. I don't want to lose another $23.

In order for the subscription to be manageable, you should have full access to the charged account therefore the first thing to do is to recover the account by getting the email address.

How do I go about recovering my account with the recovery email? I still know the email and password to the account, it just makes me verify the phone number when I sign in.

Change your password for the email address that is associated with yoru gamertag.
