How do I sign into Halo: Spartan Assault?

I do apologize for the delayed reply, and I wanted to thank you for taking the time to give me all of those options to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately, I have tried all of these things, and it still won't let me sign in. Is there anything else I can try? If possible, I think it would be best to have someone virtually meet with me, on zoom, teams, google meet, etc. Because I've tried everything so far, and nothing is working.
