How do I sign in to an account if I don’t remember it’s email?

The link didn’t help because it only revealed the first 2 letters of my email which aren’t enough for me to remember the email

If you had configured a phone number or have a Skype account, you can log in with that data.

Unfortunately those are the only options offered for locating the email

I don’t think it worked. There is another thing I want to ask. Is there a way to change that gmail account that is connected to the Microsoft account, or is there a way to delete the Microsoft account without being signed in?

Ps, here is how much I don’t remember the account, just think of it as barely existing
