How do I sign in on xbox 360 live will on xbox one

I have a problem with my 360 account where anytime when I try to log in it always has a problem with the Xbox Live and anytime when I try to do it again and again it becomes a problem I try to leave and then got back on it didn't work that's right it keeps signing in and it didn't work and I'm doing this through Xbox One to 360 and I need help trying to get this one resolved because I'm getting very angry because of this can you please help

So how will I be able to recover a non Xbox live account from Xbox 360? All I want is to put one of my 360 accounts to the Xbox one but it isn’t signed up on Xbox live so it’s quite literally impossible unless there’s some other way I haven’t heard of..
