How do I sign in on Microsoft account to enable online crossplay on PlayStation?

Also, once done, you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can join cross-network play

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

I have the same issue. All I have is a playstation. I do not have an xbox so signing in to a xbox microsoft wont fix the issue. You need to fix this. I created an account to crossplay online. For it to fail and log us in, is false advertisement. Please
fix this issue.

Are your crossplay communication settings enabled?

- In game. Go to the account tab.

- Under the online section, set crossplay to Enabled.

If you can see an option named crossplay Communication, make sure it’s set to Enabled. (If your friend isn’t gaming on PC, make sure he or she has enabled this feature as well.)

I'm trying to enable crossplay for a game called Grounded that just got released or playstation 4 and it's saying my account isn't provisioned what do I do I'm trying to play with my friend on Xbox I've had no trouble linking with minecraft

Ps4 received the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it is crossplay enabled now. However you need to have a Microsoft account to be able to play with your friends on other platforms.

There is some issues with the linking/signing in of accounts on PS4.
