Unfortunately there really is no way of seeing what console this purchase was made from.

The only thing we can recommend if you have not done it already is to change the password on your sons account. This will require any person trying to sign into the account on any device to sign in with the new password and if they do not know it they will
not have access to that account.

Change your password on your account and any other device that it is downloaded to will require the new password to sign into the account and if they do not know the new password then they will not be able to sign into your account and access it.
