From what I understand, you forgot your credentials for your main Xbox account, is that correct? Unfortunately we cannot help you with that here since it is a Microsoft public forum where we are all players like you who help other players but who are having basic problems such as games or console problems.

Having said that, there is an account recovery form which you must fill out with some information that you remember (The account email is mandatory). There they will verify, according to the information provided, that you are the owner of the account, therefore they will give you access again.

On which platform are you having problems signing in through?

Are you able to sign in at Xbox.com?

If you are having problems on an Xbox One, I'd try to remove your profile and redownload if from the cloud if you do have both your password and email correctly.
