how do i setup my family account to download apps n others

I have downloaded the xbox app n how do I connect to xbox live to play?

Still no changes in my Family plan. The expiration date is still the same (no additional 3 months) and the other accounts say n/a for their expiration dates.

I have a Family Account and my 2 sons have their own Microsoft gamer tags/accounts. We have two Xboxes at the house.

I bought a downloadable version of WWE 2K19. I want both of my sons to be able to play this game from their own consoles. One son primarily uses one of the Xboxes, and my other son primarily uses the other Xbox.

How do I do this?

I'm not really sure. I purchased a Office365 family plan and in there it shows his phone account, his app purchases. He has n Xbox account with the same email.
