How do I setup 2 accounts on 2 Xbox’s?

This is a simple workaround, if you set your account as the “home xbox” on your sons xbox your son will have acces to all of the games on your account and your current subscription to xbox live or game pass without having you sign into your account. To
set this up you need to sign into your account on his xbox and go to settings, find the “personalization” button under the general tab, scroll down to the bottom and click on the buton that says “my home xbox”, and then click the “make this my home xbox” button
and then your son should have all of your games and your subscription on his account without needing you to be signed in. Do note that you cannot have the same account as the home xbox on two different consoles but that wont matter as long as you arent sharing
your xbox as your account will be perfectly fine regaurdless. also you only get 5 of these switches per year so dont change it around too much.

I really appreciate your reply. The problem i have is - I’ve set the One console as the home device. I have to be signed in to it so the games are available. I sign my son in on his account so it says him plus one which is me. He can play all my games.
I go through and turn on my Xbox X and try to play a game it says that I’m already playing it on the other console do i want to end that seasion. This would mean stopping the game on the One device. If i log myself out of the One and try to play a game it
asks for the microsoft account to login to access it. This is the same for my son if he try to login without me. My account only lets me play one Xbox at a time

So how do you setup shared Xbox Live in 2 console?

No. There is no way to merge accounts and nothing can be transferred between accounts.
