If you signed up for the Game Pass Ultimate offer, you signed up for a subscription services. As a subscription services, it auto renews payment on the pre set day, montly/yearly etc. If you do not wish for a service to continue, you need to login here https://account.microsoft.com/services
and turn off the auto renew, otherwise you will continue to be billed at the specified date.

Sorry to hear it. Although the payment system goes through Xbox it is EA that dictates how payment is to be made. If the yearly purchase offer is not currently working for you then keep an eye out at your local gaming stores for a one year subscription
card. If they aren't available now they should be soon.

The 3.99 a month is a fully paid yearly promotion. You pay a 1 time yearly fee... not 12 payments of 3.99. (about 50 dollars) Keep checking the promotion rotatation for better deals........ GOOD LUCK!!!
