How do I search by Genre on Xbox one?

I'm looking for tower defense games to dl but cannot find any. Is there any way to search by genre on Xbox one for arcade games? Or even Xbox 360? The new xbox one dashboard is worthless.

How do I find/filter games in the store on xbox one?

All I can see are pre defined options for feature games, etc.

Iwant to search by genre or those with free trials, for example. Like I can with my 360.

Howdo I do it? I just cant figure it out.

 

Fix the store

Could you please add filters to the store search, like search by price or search by genre.

 

Hello I noticed also there wasn't a search by genre on the Xbox one yet, but if you go to Search Games you can put in FPS, RPG, or whatever genre you want and it will give you the games related if they're available in the store. You can search by genre on
the Xbox 360 though for sure. Hope this helps!

I'm sure it will come in the future as well. Since the Xbox One doesn't have that big of a game library yet, I'm sure they are waiting to implement this feature so they can focus on bugs and other improvements first.

Just wanted to follow up. I am now 4 years away from the original posting and still have no way to search for the genre of game. I'd also like to be able to search by ESRB rating because I have a kid and I'd like to get some games that are appropriate for

This option does not exist on Xbox One, but You can look for the genre You want on internet and see If it's avaliable for Xbox
