How do I save clips from another account

I recently got the new xbox, but wasn’t able to access my old account due to not having the email or knowing the password (I’d had the account a long time), im now trying to download my clips from my old xbox onto because I don’t have access to the account I am not able to log in on Xbox app. I am still able to use this account as I have my old Xbox, but i had a lot of great clips im trying to get back. Is there any way I can go onto my Xbox and make them accessible for other accounts on Xbox app?
