    How do i retrieve my xbox dashboard preview invitation?


    I accidently deleted the app invitation from xbox live hoping someone can help?

    1st month free

    when i try to redeem my first month free on the xbox dashboard it says "cannot retrieve information from xbox live" every time i try. why does this happen and how do i get rid of it?

    My friend invited me to The preview program, but I never received the message I tried searching for the app under the dashboard for apps but I could not find it. I tried several different things including Xbox one preview dashboard preview dashboard Xbox
    preview dashboard and dashboard. I just would like to know how he able to get into the preview Program.

    How do i retrieve my xbox dashboard preview invitation?

    Hi there,

    You will need to post in the preview support program forums to get the message resent.

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    If it says 'Group Not Found', then you will need to wait for a support staff member to grant you access to that forum, so that you can post there.

    I did not own an Xbox One at the time I received the Xbox One preview message. If a support staff member can grant me access to the proper forums so that I may Post my issue there for help, Thanks in advance!!!!

    Im just a normal user here but i want to help :D

    You need to be aware of this dude! Took some info from the: "Xbox one preview program FAQ"

    -How do I sign up for the Xbox One Preview program?

    The Preview program is by invitation only. If your friends are already in the program, they can invite you by using the Invite friends page in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    -How will I know if I've been selected?

    You'll get a service message from us on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

    -I downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and registered my console, but I haven't gotten the update. Why?

    Once you've registered, it can take up to 48 hours for your console to get the current Preview update.
