How do I reset which playstation account is connected to my Minecraft account.

I'm trying to login to Minecraft and when I went to sign in on my PS5 it says the playstation network already is already in use. Well this is the only playstation I've ever owned and there's no other devices connected to my Microsoft account so I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. I've tried scanning the code and going to the website listed to connect this playstation account but it doesn't work. I also can't see a way to unlink any devices to reset it and start again.
