How Do I request for Processor suppor?

Hello!!!

How do Submit a request to Devs to fix compatibility with my qualcomms snapdragon 8cx processor on my lenovo 5g? I upgraded my laptop to windows 11 to be able to download the app but the store states "this product isn't compatible with your processor" Which I was hoping because it was windows 11 and the whole point was tablet gaming they would have fixed it by now. Currently Im an uber gold member for Xbox but Im having trouble playing games using the web browser app noticed a lot of shuddering using the product recently direct plugged in or wifi both of which are around 200 down 45 up.

Basically I have the Xbox app installed on my samsung s10 5g it works great. I just need xbox to use the qualcomms conversion tool they have to make the application compatible AND if I remember correctly that tool is a Microsoft product as well. So wish me luck thanks if you have any advice!

Thank you I will attempt to contact them I understand the some limitations but no harm in asking! especially since they made such a big deal about the of use of the conversion software. I may just have to bite the bullet and buy my upgrade my core pc earlier. This device works with other providers very well unsure why Im experience the stuttering during streams now I hope it clears up soon. In the mean times Ill reach out to Microsoft thanks again!!

The suppor info doesnt tell you how to extract info and modify your xbox
