    how do I report someone

    sorry you are NOT allowed to call out tags in the forum all you can do is report them via your console then as for your connection, unplug the modem and router for a few min then plug them in that will reset your IP address. if that does not work than contacting
    your ISP is your only other option as the DDOS does not happen through Live servers sorry.

    You would need to report them via their profile on the console. The enforcement team do not use the forums and do not take reports anywhere else. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    You would need to report the profile and let the enforcement team investigate the account. Also you can call your son’s school and tell them what happened so they can keep your son safe at school.

    And, why would MS not be communicating with FROM? How do you report it to FROM? You do it through XBL. And MS does ban people in other games regardless of the threat of going to court. Really, I don't think the threat of going to court is that menacing.
