How do I report this guy because he’s bending the rules and says he never gets in trouble

You can report the message or report him via his profile and explain more in the comment box for the report.

.... and don't forget to block him and do not contact him, because this will unblock him !

I guess I should sit there and make my posts more clear than sorry about that. I did report him that's why it says "why have the report feature if they don't listen". I reported him and I got suspended I don't message unless I'm trying to help others I'm
anti-social when it comes to things like talking to people but messaging is different. I try my full on best to not message others because it's not worth an argument but when I report them I get in trouble where is the justice?

I am aware of you reporting him/her that's not what I was on about, let the team deal with the people who violate the terms. many people get banned/suspensions for replying to abusive/harassing messages, I was just saying what you should of done in this
situation. Keeping communication clean etc.. or not even replied.

That is what I did tho I never messaged him all I did was report and I got in trouble and not the other guy who was ganging up and ****.
