how do I report hackers or modders or anybody of that sort?

It seems that actual xbox support is either garbage, or tells me they can't help me/they are not trained in that field. I know that I can report modders and hackers via the dashboard, but I can also sit around with a thumb up my lower quarters, and hope
enough others will just to get attention to that one gamertag. I play call of duty on regular bases, and I have a whole bunch of gamertags that have been proven to either gotten a hack from a usb drive or infection, or some other means. I know there is an
investigation that needs to be done, and all that, but there is nobody to contact about this sort of thing. I mean, I can report them to the account suspension forum, and get a stock reply from the same person each and every time, but there is not anybody
I can actually *contact* or talk to, like in a chat or something. Can anybody here who is more experienced than me, point me in the right direction? An easier way to report people I KNOW are tampering with the console one way or another to somebody I know
will take care of this, or at least take note? I am getting frustrated from all the 8yr olds who enter into the game, pull out their mod console, ruining the game for everybody, and then tell me straight to my face they will never get caught because xbox live
support is garbage, and they don't care anymore. People are getting deranked, and cannot even log online anymore in some cases from people like that, and it is just ridiculous that I can actually get those mods myself if I wanted to way more easily than I
can get somebody in charge to take notice of people doing that.

Hacker problems

I have come across a great deal of modders or hackers who tend to ruin the game. How do I report them and actually have actions be done? I've report him close to everytime I get into this game and nothing is being done to prevent this experience.

The only way to report someone is via your console.there is no other way.

The enforcement team only investigate reports made via a console.

 

Yeah, that won't do anything, I'm afraid.

Guess the pre-pubecent script kiddies are much more organized than xbox live moderators are....lol

no wonder they laugh at you guys. If this is seriously the only way to get attention, I will just spam their names to the moderators, this time with video footage and proof. Or I will just hang back and relax with the modders in their little private game
rooms, cause it seems like they are almost untouchable. I bet they got thousands of reports, and nobody just seems to care. Well, neither do I, at the moment.

I bet I can get a 15th prestige hack for black ops before I even get to talk to a moderator here about it, lol. If I hadn't had a shred of honour, I might have just done that too, right this minute. I get plenty of messages about it, not like people are
hiding offers like that anymore

Anyways, you got my gamertag. If any moderator here wants me to make their jobs a little easier and point them in the right direction, pm me or something, I am mostly on my dashboard. Otherwise, if you guys don't care, I care even less.

 

never mind, I found a moderator here who actually cares. I will send him, or her, all my findings for further investigation personally from now on. Any other moderators or enforcers who want the same, again, just contact me.

i recieved a msg im getting banned for 2 years and sued so i called xbox and it turns out he was lying but he gave me a good scare.....they said xbox doesnt do 2 year bans and they arent aloud to say stuff like that over xbox live....is there a way to deal
with people that do that besides filing a report and blocking him like i did?

 

A moderator has nothing to do with xbox live enforcement,they are just regular xbox live users & the only way to notify the enforcement team of someone breaking the rules is to file a compiant via your console.That's it.There is no other way to report someone.

The enforcement team will not accept any "evidence" other than what the can see during the investigation from a report made via a console.

 

Daft badger is 100% correct, moderators have nothing to do with enforcement and will do nothing with your reports.
