How do I report a GAME for unfair rules and loopholes that need attention to Microsoft?

I have been having several issues with Monopoly Plus on XBOX One. There are very unfair (cheating, technically) loopholes that people have been taking in the game rules and it is a constant pool of bad sports. I have played several games and I have yet to
experience an actual win because people are such bad sports. Today I was above my opponent by $3000 and when he landed on me one last time, he quit the game rather than going bankrupt. It said connection to the host was lost and exiting to the main menu. The
game is lost and I am literally robbed of my win. That has happened before as well. Also, when there's more than two players, the first ones to go bankrupt usually TRADE all of their properties to your opponent, giving them a hugely unfair advantage over you.
They land on you and owe you, yet your OPPONENT makes out with everything and you don't get anything from them. When someone has to go bankrupt or mortgage, there should be NO TRADES ALLOWED unless it's ONLY to the person they owe, if that. I have lost long
games that I could have easily won because of that. It is favoritism. YES, I have contacted the tech support of the game (Which was a huge challenge on it's own because the help and support link for the game is incorrect) and they just shine me on. No real
help and no refunds. I have been reporting the bad players, but it's like there's no end. Every game has bad sports. I'm not saying Microsoft is at fault here at all, but they punish players who are bad sports or who cheat, so why not games themselves when
they are problematic? There's gotta be someone who says, "Wait, we need to get this looked at. They need to fix these issues or we are pulling the game" or something like that. The game developers (or whoever patches these things) just needs to tweak it so
that people can't take advantage of others that way.

Monopoly is my favorite board game and I don't have anyone to play it with personally, so this is the only way I can play it. Very upsetting that I cannot get through a single game without somebody taking advantage of the loopholes and ruining the experience.
If they cannot or will not fix the game I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Short question. How come can i get banned when i adress a player that is playing unfair and unsportly with milder language then what is used in GAME chat, except in a message? Is there an auto report button for the people that think playing by the rules
isn't for them, whenever they get a message?

So because the games/Xbox does not have solid enough rules or ways to enforce them, i get banned because i message the people breaking them. What happens the third time you get banned? You are making it to hard for the good guys, the great players that don't
want to cheat and break rules to win!

This player repeatedly breaks rules, gets reported numberous times because his behavior. On the front page of enfoecement it says harrassment is an offense.

So when a player is reported for unsporting behavior. I.E. ****. Then msged and told you recorded n reportes for unwanted behavior that by the way is not programmed in the game. So this is abuse of game content to do an i appropriate sexual gesture. How
is that not by definition harrassment??

I have had multiple clips of this childish player abusing rules. I get 2 week block for a cuas word, but repeated reports for harrassment nothing happens?? The enforcement team really needs to taje control of enforcing all rules.

but it's down to the games developers to add any features that penalize quitters or fix any "loopholes" that can be exploited.
