The Xbox refund policy is quite easy to understand, it does not allow refunds if you have purchased the product after 14 days, and it also does not allow refunds if you have too many hours of gameplay.

Usually clearing the cache for your browser makes that problem go away but with Internet Explorer you'll also need to add xbox.com to the compatibility list (little torn page in the address bar).

Personally I'd suggest switching to Google Chrome for your browsing needs.

after hours of trying I got it by downloading firefox - google chrome did not work
