How do I replayse my playgames from my old pc to the new one

i know my password, but i cannot even add points to my account from my pc. it seems to be still sending verification codes to my old phone which i do not have anymore. I need to verify my new phone and alternate email. how do i get my old phone removed?

i lost my progress after sync console with cloud, so i think new game and new progress now at cloud. On my PC i have game with old progress, can i load progress from PC to cloud , not from cloud to pc. How to find local savings at PC ?

You can't. Content can't be transferred between accounts. If you're on the same (original) console that downloaded the content, all profiles should have access to the content. Unless your first account was banned, then, I'm not entirely sure what happens
to the "console license."

If this is "avatar gear" you're talking about, then it's tied only to the profile that redeemed it, and cannot be shared.

Oh, thank you so much I've found the issue! It's the second option there, my Windows itself is signed into the old account but the Microsoft Store is logged into the new one, but it must be cause I'm logged into the old account on my windows itself!

How do I go about swapping the Windows account to this new account? And will this cause any disruptions to my PC itself?
